The housing features an assembled sheet-metal structure with an exterior spray-painted for corrosion resistance and an internal insulation layer. This design effectively withstands UV radiation, rain, snow, and temperature variations, while the internal insulation helps minimize condensation. Equipped with a standard weather-resistant differential pressure gauge for real-time monitoring of filter load, the unit achieves an IP68 protection rating. Options for base supports and lifting lugs accommodate various installation scenarios, including ground-level, elevated, and confined spaces.

Modular design for easier transport and maintenance

The housing dimensions and flange diameters (e.g., 200mm, 250mm, 400mm, etc) can be customized to meet specific requirements. Featuring a modular structure, the unit can be assembled on-site using rivets, facilitating transport and logistical handling. The top access port is equipped with a quick-release nut mechanism, while the side access door opens wide, providing ample space for filter replacement and internal cleaning.

It features a built-in V-BANK filter with high dust-holding capacity, suitable for high-airflow applications. The filter frame is equipped with a dedicated handle so that is is easy for one-handed removal and replacement. A pre-installed port for a differential pressure gauge allows for immediate use. All filters can be quickly accessed via an inspection hatch, facilitating routine maintenance.

It offers stable ground-based support and allows for overhead lifting; both installation methods are straightforward and hassle-free.

The machine features a supportive base and can also be fitted with lifting lugs for overhead installation, depending on operating conditions.

Multi-layer filtration can be configured as needed to remove dust and gaseous pollutants.

Depending on actual operating conditions, you can choose single-stage dust filtration as well as a multi-layer composite filtration system:

• First Layer (Pre-filter Sponge): Captures large particles (with the diameter of 5–10 μm or larger).
  
  
• Second Layer (HEPA Filter): Captures fine airborne particles (approx. 0.3 μm) for further air purification.
  
  
• Third Layer (V-BANKActivated Carbon Filter): Features a segmented sheet-metal frame and a PP honeycomb boardfilled with activated carbon.
  With low airflow resistance, V-BANK layer can easily adsorb airborne TVOC in air.
