HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) is a high-efficiency air filter that can effectively intercept and filter smoke particles, fine dust particles, pet dander and other harmful PM2.5 particles. The True HEPA filter can effectively intercept 0.3um particles and has a filtration efficiency of no less than 99.97%.
The filter materials used in HEPA include PP polypropylene melt-blown filter material, glass fiber filter material, nano fiber filter material and PTFE (poly tetra fluoro ethylene) filter material.
Optional frame materials: Coated kraft cardboard frame, PVC plastic frame, aluminum frame.
Application: High-efficiency filters and ultra-high-efficiency filters can be widely used in air-conditioning terminal air supply units and various purification system terminals in dust-free purification workshops in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, bio-medicine, precision instruments, beverages and food, PCB printing and so on. The resistance of high-efficiency filters will be higher than that of medium efficiency filters. Henakes engineers can reduce wind resistance as much as possible through filter paper selection, optimization of air filter structure, and air duct design. Optional filter paper grade: E10/E11/E12/H13/H14/U15/U16
