PP corrugated absorbent module, also known as humidifying film or wet curtain, is a key component used in humid equipment. PP usually stands for Polypropylene, which is a synthetic material with good chemical stability and mechanical properties. We choose this material as the absorbent module because of its ability to absorb water without being damaged and to maintain structural stability in a wet environment. When water meets the filter, it fills the entire filter. Then the water vapor is blown out by the wind of the humidifier to achieve the purpose of humidification. Corrugated structure refers to the wavy design of the module surface, similar to the structure of corrugated cardboard. This design increases the surface area and reduces the resistance of air flowing through the module. The corrugated structure also helps to distribute water evenly and provides a larger contact surface, enhancing the effect of water vapor adsorption and evaporation. Dimensions can be customized according to customers’ different requirements.
